बेल बिवाह || इही || सुवर्ण कुमार बिवाह

बेल बिवाह वा सुबर्ण कुमार विवाहलाई नेवारी भाषामा इही भनिन्छ। नेपालका नेवार समुदायले छोरीलाई गर्ने एक समारोह हो जसमा ५,७ वा ९ वर्ष उमेरका छोरीहरुलाई हिन्दू देवता सुबर्ण कुमारको प्रतीकमा औपचारिक रूपमा "बाँध्ने" गरिन्छ। पहिला पहिला बालविवाह गर्ने चलन थियो। अहिले कानूनी रुपमा बालविवाह गर्न पाइदैन। त्यसैले नेवार समुदायको छोरीलाई राज्स्वोला हुनु अगाडिनै बिबाह गर्नुपर्ने परापुर्बदेखी चलि आएको चलनलाई निरन्तरता दिने क्रममा पहिला बेल वा सुबर्ण कुमार बिबाह र त्यसपछि सुर्य दर्शन पुजा गरेपछी त्यसपछी कानूनी उमेर पुगे पछि बयस्क केटासंग बिवाह गर्ने गरिन्छ।

नेवार समुदायका बालिकाको बेल बिवाह गर्ने बेलामै विवाहको सबै प्रक्रिया गर्ने भएको हुदा पछि वा तेस्रोपटक केटासंग गरिने विवाहमा फेरी बिधिपुर्बक वा यज्ञ गरेर बिवाह गर्नु पर्दैन।

नेवार समुदायको नारीहरुको पहिलानै बेल विवाहको रुपमा सुबर्ण कुमार संग बिवाह गरिने हुनाले नेवार समुदायको नारीहरु कहिलेपनि बिधुवा हुदैन भन्ने मान्यता छ।

पहिला पहिला नेपालमा सति प्रथा कायम भएको बेलामा कुनै महिलाको पतिको मृत्यु भएमा पतिसँग सति जानुपर्ने प्रथाबाट जोगिन पनि बेल बिवाह गर्ने र नेवार समुदायको नारीको पति कहिलेपनि नमर्ने मान्यता कायम गर्दै नेवार समुदायको नारीलाई सति जनाबाट बचाएको मानिन्छ।

सुबर्ण कुमार बिवाह वा बेल बिवाह वा इही समारोह प्रायः समूहमा गरिन्छ। हामीले अलि फरक खालको नानी भएकोले एक्लै घरमानै यो समारोह गरेका हौ।

सुबर्ण कुमार बिवाह वा इहीलाई "बेल बिबाह" भनेर गलत रूपमा अर्थ लगाउने गरिएको छ। बेल बिबाह को अर्थ सुबर्ण कुमार वा भगवान बिष्णु वा नारायण संगको बिवाह हो । तर पतिको प्रतीकको रुपमा बेल दिने गरिन्छ। बेललाई अंग्रेजीमा Stone Apple भन्ने गरिन्छ। अन्य फल कुहिने सड्ने गर्दछ। यो बेलको बोक्रा कडा हुने भएकोले सड्ने कुहिने हुदैन तर सुकेर फुट्न सक्छ फुट्न दिनु हुदैन। त्यसैले बेल विवाह गरिसकेपछि यो बेललाई कुल मन्दिर वा नजिकको मन्दिरमा चढाउनु पर्दछ। यदि बेल फुट्यो भने श्रीमानको मृत्यु भएको मानिन्छ। तेही भएर अन्य फल भन्दा चाडै नकुहिने नसड्ने फलको रुपमा बेललाई पतिको प्रतिक मानेर बेल दिने गरेको मान्यता छ।

बेल बिवाह २ दिनमा गरिने संस्कार हो। पहिलो दिन विवाहको कार्य गरिन्छा भने दोश्रो दिनमा कन्यादानको कार्य गरिन्छ। यस संस्कारमा हिन्दू विवाहका सबै संस्कारहरू गरिन्छ। त्यसैले, पुरुषसँग विवाह गर्दा यी संस्कारहरू फेरि गर्नु पर्दैन।

Bel Bivah or Subarna Kumar Bivah is called "Inhi" in the Newari language. It is a ceremony performed by the Newar community of Nepal for girls aged 5, 7 or 9 years in which girls are formally "tied" to the symbol of the Hindu god Subarna Kumar. Earlier, child marriage was the custom. Now, child marriage is not allowed legally. Therefore, in order to continue the ancient custom of marrying off a daughter of the Newar community before reaching the age of puberty, first Bel or Subarna Kumar Bivah is performed and then Surya Darshan Puja is performed, and then after reaching the legal age, the girl is married off to an adult boy.

Since all the marriage procedures of a Newar girl are done at the time of Bel Bivah, there is no need to perform a ritual or yagya again in the subsequent or third marriage with a boy.

Since Newar women are married off to Subarna Kumar as Bel Bivah, it is believed that Newar women never become widows.

Earlier, when the sati system was established in Nepal, women of the Newar community were also protected from the practice of committing sati with their husbands if their husbands died, and it is believed that the women of the Newar community were saved from the practice of sati by maintaining the belief that the husbands of women of the Newar community would never die.

Subarna Kumar Biwah or Bel Biwah or this ceremony is usually performed in a group. Since we are a slightly different kind of child, we performed this ceremony alone at home.

Subarna Kumar Biwah or this has been incorrectly interpreted as "Bel Biwah". Bel Biwah means marriage with Subarna Kumar or Lord Vishnu or Narayan. But the Stone Apple is given as a symbol of the husband. The "bel" is called Stone Apple in English. Other fruits rot and rot. Since the bark of this stone apple is hard, it does not rot and rot, but it can dry up and crack and should not be allowed to crack. Therefore, after the bel marriage, this bel (stone apple) should be offered to the clan temple or a nearby temple. If the bel (stone apple) breaks, it is considered that the husband has died. Therefore, it is believed that the bel (stone apple) is considered a symbol of the husband

The vine wedding is a 2-day ceremony. On the first day, the wedding ceremony is performed, and on the second day, the ceremony of giving the bride is performed. In this ceremony, all the rituals of Hindu marriage are performed. Therefore, when marrying a man, these rituals do not have to be repeated.
